Institutional Cleaning

INSTITUTIONAL CLEANING

Institutional cleaning, to put it simply, is any cleaning done in a location other than a private residence, such as an office block, school, hospital, hotel, restaurant, etc. The standards for cleanliness and hygiene are much stricter than those for private homes because of the large number of people who use these facilities every day and the activities they engage in there (such as eating in restaurants and recovering from illnesses in healthcare facilities).

When people think of cleaning in institutions, they frequently picture large open areas, such as shopping mall floors, hospital corridors that stretch for miles, or colossal entry halls with shining tile and plenty of glass. Cleaning providers and crews depend on their detergent to consistently work dependably at all times – and, for example, leave floors not simply spotlessly clean but also safely dry. This is because a large portion of the cleaning in these facilities is automated.

Institutional cleaning goes beyond simply maintaining the institution’s cleanliness. Our staff will routinely wipe down all surfaces as part of our institutional cleaning services to avoid the buildup of dust and filth. We will also clean your floors for the same purpose. Additionally, when required, we may perform deep cleanings utilising stronger cleaning solutions and more labor-intensive scrubbing techniques to remove any built-up or ground-in filth. In order to protect you, your staff, and your clients from illness and disease, we will also routinely apply disinfectants to sanitise important surfaces and touch areas, including tabletops, keyboards, phones, door handles, and more.

But all of these places, hospitals in particular, have another significant request. In addition to getting rid of dirt, grime, grease, and spills, detergents should leave surfaces hygienically clean and, ideally, provide long-lasting antimicrobial protection.

Cleaning companies are picky about which detergents can provide the desired results. BASF can assist in creating your brands.
